September 7, 2004 -- Due to numerous client requests, Xcalibur XRF Services will begin accepting individual samples for testing of precious metals from the retail jewelers, refiners and jewelry manufacturers. Many customers wanted the accuracy of nondestructive x-ray fluorescence testing without the expense of purchasing their own system. Small to mid-size companies find it difficult to justify the expense and labor of testing their own pieces. We are happy to assist those customers with their quality control testing said President Ron Williams. Testing ensures the products are properly identified with karat fineness.
